We have used Cart2Cart twice now and although it is a paid service you saves yourself hours of times trying to migrate stores manually.
Both migrations went smoothly. I highly recommend this to anyone thinking of upgrading their eCommerce store. Especially if your migrating lots.
I will definitely use Cart2Cart on my next store upgrade.
