We had some problems with the basic level migration due to our custom Oscommerce store
We instead went for the extended package and we were allocated a dedicated account manager. She was very helpful with resolving our problems within the time period specified
All our order data, products and images were migrate to Magento successfully and we are very happy with the service provided
