I have ordered Data Migration Service Package. What should I do now?
Once you have received a confirmation email, our experts at the Support Team will set up the Demo Migration and show you the results in your new WiziShop store. If you are satisfied with the results of the Demo, we will set the Full Migration for you and check your store database to make sure that all the data has been transferred correctly.

How long does it take to complete Data Migration Service Package?
The fulfillment time of the Service Package is between 10 and 21 days after receiving the request. The total time depends on the scope and difficulty of customization of your specific store.

Can I order Recent Data Migration after Data Migration Service Package is completed?
Sure. Cart2Cart Recent Data Migration allows you to move all the newly appeared entities in your source store to the WiziShop one, even after the Data Migration service Package has been completed. The cost of Recent Data Migration depends on the amount of data types to be transferred (but the price is lower and you get 50% off the standard price for Full migration).

Can I be sure of my data security migrating with Cart2Cart?
Cart2Cart performs the migration on a separate secure Hetzner server, and the data is not stored after the migration is completed. Cart2Cart does not migrate credit card information and passwords. We use a secure HTTPS protocol for all connections and only authorized personnel has access to the migration process. For more information, please visit our Security Policy.
