I would highly recommend Cart2Cart for their easy, user friendly migration app. We have used it repeatedly for our migrations and each time have had a very a good experience. The customer service is exceptional and I would definitely like to mention Nathan for his prompt and quick responses. They make the process very easy for you and are always available for help.
