Do you I have to download Connection bridge for migration?
No, you don't. As Big Cartel is API-based e-Commerce solution, there is no need to install Connection Bridge.

Will users' passwords be migrated?
Considering the fact that different shopping carts have different password encryption algorithm, it is impossible to transfer such kind of data. Thus, when migration is done, ask customers to recover their passwords.

Will users' credit card information be moved?
Sadly, users' credit card information won't be migrated. But the data about customers' billing, shipping addresses is going to be transferred.

Will SEO data be transferred?
Unfortunately, we do not migrate any SEO information during the switch from Big Cartel.
