How does the migration work?
The data transfer from and to Loaded Commerce is quick and easy, simply follow our migration scenario in order to get more information on how its works.

Will customers' credit card information be moved to a new store?
We don't provide migration of such data. But customers shipping and billing addresses will be moved easily.

Can customers' use the same passwords on a new online store?
Cart2Cart does not support the migration of the customers’ passwords, because diverse solutions use different password encryption algorithm. Once, all the data are transferred, all registered customers should use password recovery form for further usage of their profiles.

Can I migrate SEO information using Cart2Cart?
Unfortunately, Cart2Cart does not support migration of SEO information. But, there are some exceptions. You can switch products and categories URLs within PrestaShop, OpenCart, Magento, WooCommerce, CS-Cart, VirtueMart 2 and osCommerce (migration from only). Check this article to find out more.
