What are the steps of the transfer?

Does Cart2Cart support migration of downloadable products?
Migration of downloadable products is not supported at the moment.

Will customers’ credit card information be migrated?
Unfortunately, clients' credit card information cannot be migrated. Though, the information about customers' billing, shipping addresses will be successfully moved.

Will SEO be migrated?
Unfortunately, we do not migrate SEO information. However, there are some exceptions. You can move products and categories URLs within Magento, OpenCart, CS-Cart, PrestaShop, VirtueMart 2, WooCommerce and osCommerce (migration from only). Click here for more details.

Will users' passwords be migrated?
Due to the fact that diverse shopping carts use different password encryption algorithm, customers’ passwords will not be moved. Once the transfer process is completed all registered customers will have to use password recovery form on the target shopping cart to use their profiles.
