This is the second time I use this service and I can tell you that it works great. You should have a little technical understanding so that you know why you need certain features but as far as the actual migration, it works like a charm. Additionally, I had an occasion where I needed to extend the date of my migration and they were willing to work with me. Really happy with this service.
