I have read the reviews here and want to add that I also had a wonderful customer service experience with my customer support rep, Oleksander Yablonskyy. He was extremely knowledgeable and when he didn't know the answers, he told me and got the correct information to me. My migration from Weebly to Shopify was complicated, because I changed product names which also caused complications with variations within Shopify. Admittedly, it was a tricky migration and not at all straight forward. Oleksander was always there to help me, even though it was (many times) his middle of the night. I'm leaving a 5 star review for Oleksander. If I could leave a rating for the tech, that would be 4 star, because the tech didn't seem to check the instructions given after doing the work and before delivering "completed" files. We went back and forth on this migration over 10 times and in the end, we were able to complete it to my satisfaction. When you are working with these techs, you need to be very clear about what you want as well as specific about instructions regarding the errors with the migration. You need to check the work, because the tech may deliver a version without checking the output. I spent a lot of time getting this right that I felt could have been solved on their end had the tech checked work before sending me "completed" files. In the end, I would do it again, but it took way more time than I ever imagined on my end to get it right and I'm positive that they probably lost money on my migration due to the number of times we went back and forth. Oleksander deserves a big raise for keeping his cool and never giving up.
